Life after pregnancy!

                          Well, i just recently had a baby in August and let me tell you it was no walk in the park losing all the pregnancy weight i had gained..nor easy to tone up. But I've done great so far considering the fact that typically I'm super lazy most of the times and don't want to "break a sweat" but after pregnancy i was a good 210 pounds plus a few pounds..thats just what i rounded it down to. Now i weigh about 158. I'm still working out constantly everyday when Kelvin goes to sleep because thats the only chance i have to workout, but eating healthy and working out is definetley the way to go about losing weight PERIOD. Also, a great way to get rid of stretch marks is Bio Oil stuff works wonders. :) the workouts i do is a workout video by Jillian Michaels its 40 minutes long and let me tell you boy does it work. She works out every possible muscles with constant motion and using weights in some circuits. Well, i have work at 8:15 am in the morning so ill bid you adue.
